Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Lenox Flea & Antique Market! We look forward to creating a beautiful market experience together. If you're interested in working with us, complete the form with a few details about your project. We'll review your message and get back to you within 48 hours.

Market Hours

  • Market: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Vendor Arrival & Setup: Beginning at 8:30 AM -9:45 AM

  • Hosts will be on site to give directions.

  • All vehicles must be off the lawn by 9:45 AM to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for shoppers.

Opening Dates

Market opening dates will be determined based on vendor interest, space availability, and weather conditions. Please leave your information below and we will reach out to you with dates and times.

Vendor Fee

  • $30 per market day, if signing up for both Saturday and Sunday $50 total.

  • Payment is due by 9:00 AM day of.

  • Cash is preferred, and exact change is appreciated.

Reserving a Space

Please apply under “vendor Application” or send us an email. When we run the next market, we will get in touch. If space allows, walk-in vendors are also welcome on market days.

Vendor Spaces

  • Each vendor space measures 12’ x 12’.

  • Vendors are welcome to bring tents, tables, and displays.

  • All tents must be securely weighted, anchored or staked for everyone’s safety.

  • Setups may be left overnight, and removed by 4 PM on Sunday

Food & Drinks

There is no food available on-site, so please bring your own lunch and snacks for the day.

Bottled water will be available for purchase.

Bathroom is available for vendors.

Pets

Friendly pets are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times.

Leave No Trace

Brushwood Farms is a Pack It In, Pack It Out market. Please leave your space as clean as you found it by taking all trash, boxes, and unsold items with you at the end of the day.

Weather & Cancellation Policy

The Lenox Flea Antique Marketplace is not a rain-or-shine event. Because our market is outdoors, weather plays an important role in creating a successful experience for both vendors and shoppers. If forecasts indicate weather conditions that are likely to significantly impact attendance (including steady rain, severe weather, or other unfavorable conditions), the market organizers may cancel the event.

  • Whenever possible, a cancellation decision will be made by 5:00 PM the evening before the market. If weather conditions change unexpectedly, a decision may be made by 6:00 AM on market day.

  • Vendors will be notified by email and text message.

Vendor Credits

If the marketplace cancels due to weather, vendors will receive a full credit toward a future market date. Credits must be used during the current season (or within 12 months if you prefer). Refunds will not be issued.

Vendor Cancellations

  • Cancellations by vendors will receive a credit only for the next market date.

Organizers and owners are not responsible for items damages ect.
